I just watched the reveal of the so-called "lipstick demon" behind Patrick Wilson's head and Barbara Hershey's resulting freak-out five times right in a row. I LOVE THAT SCARE SO MUCH I WANT TO MARRY IT. I hope one day I can use that shot as a banner, but I hate the thought that I could ruin the scare for someone who's never seen the film.

The scene you describe seems to be part of the TV commercial for the 'Insidious' DVD which has been running all over the place these last few weeks.
