That's Justin Chatwin in some movie called Funkytown (via), as in Let Me Take You To, as in I have no idea except it's set in the 70s - hence the hair and gold chainery - and it's got Justin Chatwin involved in some sort of gayish scene while in tighty-whities. And that is enough really, aint' it? Plenty enough.
