... of the coming of two posters that are, in the immortal words of the strangler-rapist in Alfred Hitchcock's Frenzy, "Loooovvely, looooovvvley.... loooooovvvvvvleyyyy...." That one above is the Chris Ware designed poster for Apichatpong Weerasethakul's Palm d'Or winner Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives, via Slash, a film which I've heard some pretty interesting, if mixed, things about. But that poster? It's a straight-up pip! Granted I'm biased in that I believe Chris Ware can do no wrong (he really can't though - have you guys read ACME Novelty Library #20? OH MY GOD READ IT).
And then here down below is the Mondo-designed poster from the Alamo Drafthouse for Maniac Cop 2, which I wanna make out with for hours. (via BD, if the annoying watermark isn't clear enough)
