Some Stuff O' Suffy

.

There have been a couple of miniature Sufjan bits of news this week worth sharing for those so obsessed. A Facebook page sprouted for the documentary Crooked River, which is about Sufjan and his brother Marzuki heading to Michigan in 2006 to meet up with their estranged father. There's a trailer, but no release date or distributor.

That could be all the footage we ever see, although Sufjan things do have a tendency to trickle their way into the world so perhaps we'll see the film at some point. Fingers crossed!

Next up, do y'all remember the All Delighted EP that Sufjan released not long before his latest album The Age of Adz came out? You should, it's got some glorious stuff on it. Well apparently the vinyl has some bonus music, eighteen minutes give or take of Sufjan playing some unnamed pieces on the piano. And via that link you can download it right here. I'm biased when it comes to my Sufjan as you're well aware but it's got some lovely, lovely sound in there.
