I watched the documentary Fantastic Flesh over the weekend, which is about FX make-up artists most specifically of the horror sort, and there was a lot of Greg Nicotero in there. Which is as it ought to be. The man did Sin City and Kill Bill and Army of Darkness and [insert a thousand movie titles here], for goodness sake. Anyway he's directed this short film apparently stuffed straight up to the swamp thing's gills with monsters called The United Monster Talent Agency... (via)

For some reason my computer refuses to play this video right now so I haven't seen this yet, but I'm told that it briefly features today's Gratuitous Post Recipient Sam Page and he immediately has his shirt off! So that's nifty, and fortuitous. I'll try watching it once I'm home, I guess. ETA Now I've seen it and here be a couple caps!.
Anyway Nicotero's doing the zombie make-up for The Walking Dead right now and next up he's gonna direct his first feature, an adaptation of the crazy-as-hell sounding The Drive-In. Coolness.
