--- Sigmund and the Jung Monster - Slash has got a couple of behind-the-scenes videos from the set of David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method, that movie starring Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender as Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, respectively. Oh and Keira Knightley gets sexy between them or something? Anyway Fassy sigh.
That same link also has word that an adaptaton of Don Delillo's Cosmopolis will definitely probably be what he does next, and apparently it is set to star Colin Farrell and Marion Cotilliard. Not sure if I knew that latter part already, but awesome nonetheless.
--- One Fish Two Fish - I haven't even seen Alex Aja's Piranha 3D yet - tonight's the night! - but the studio's gone and green-lit a sequel anyway, opting not to wait for my opinion first. Fools! I can tear the world down around you! Although I have every inkling the film's gonna be right up my alley. Rich sure did like it.
--- Big Mama - You know what movie's found itself stuck in my brain lately and it's been months since I saw it? Bong joon-ho's Mother. That one's a lingerer. Billy Loves Stu just took a look at it and found it favorable as well.
--- Super Sausage Fest - Lest anybody worry that there'll be too many giant swinging dicks on-screen in The Avengers Joss & Co. are letting us know that there will be more females in the cast than just Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Well now you're just making me want to see the movie less, Joss.
--- Penny Skin - Penelope Cruz will not be in Pedro Almodovar's pervy violent The Skin I'm In, with Antonio Banderas. Elena Anyana, who was in Talk to Her, will be the female lead opposite Banderas' plastic-surgeon-with-a-vengeance character. I'm so stupid excited for this movie.
--- Swallow It - I don't even really like Brandon Flowers' music, but he sure is pretty, and him naming his latest single "Swallow It" is enough to grab my easy-to-grab attention. You can hear the song over at PopWrap. Sexy Mormon jackass.
--- In For Fall - Over at Low Res Joe Reid has taken a look at a bunch of films coming out over the next few months and there are some very exciting titles to be seen.
--- Saint Joan - I miss Joan Allen so much, you guys. Why has she vanished? I was just thinking about her the other day, and now Nat went and highlighted a great moment of hers from the last time she was really showcased, 2005's The Upside of Anger. Did anybody see that Lifetime painting vaginas movie?
--- And finally, kids made Kong. (via)

What's taking you so long to go see "Pirahna 3D?" It is everything you expect it to be and maybe a little bit more. The only complaint I have about it is that there should have been more male pulchritude to balance out the gratuity of female breasteses.
I'm pretty sure phrases like "that Lifetime painting vaginas movie" are the reason language exists.
Save your eyes and time "Piranha 3DD" is a great concept ruined by poor execution. There are no shocks or scares and outside of stunt casting, no wit. It is however tit-a-rific.
