The trailer for Danny Boyle's new movie 127 Hours has arrived. Watch it at Apple. This is that movie where Jim romps around in cute little hippie shorts and then chews his own arm off. Looks fun!

Wow. It looks... more colorful than I expected. And more like a romp/lark and less like Oscar bait than I expected. Though knowing the true story behind this pic, this may be deceiving... (I'm guessing we're mostly seeing the early going of the film)

Don't think anyone thought Slumdog was Oscar-y after it premiered at Toronto (?) seeing as it almost didn't get released.

Love it. Looks quintessential Danny Boyle.

Knowing the story behind this makes me not want to watch it ever, regardless of how colorful it is. That stupid guy did absolutely everything WRONG and we're supposed to paint him as a hero. It's maddening.
