Neil Patrick Harris threw his boyfriend David Burtka a surprise 35th birthday party over the weekend and here's a picture from it that brought a smile to my face (via):
.It's cheesy to say so and probably slapping undue pressure on these guys - and hopefully one day it won't even be worthy of comment - but it's a nice thing, seeing them just living their lives openly like this. Bless 'em.

I don't know if I should be happy for them or just plain jealous.
I think that's nice and cute too. I have 1 question, how did NPH avoid acting at a young age, not getting messed up with drugs/alcohol, having 2 hit shows, coming out and having it not affect his career. What did he do right or what is just luck? Good for him and I hope he's happy with his bf.
I'm happy for Neil and David, they are a sweet and sexy couple. I hope more pictures of other gay couples come out like this in the future and be a part of the norm.
