Emerson, that is. Even more specifically we're speaking of Chi McBride, the actor who portrayed the character Emerson Cod on the adored-by-smart-people television program Pushing Daisies. And what is Mr. McBride speaking of? Well Pushing Daisies of course. Specifically, this:

Graphic novel has become pretty interchangeable with comic book in the public minds...remember... often, films state they are based on the graphic novel-but the truth is, they are based on limited series like Watchmen or V for Vandetta.
