I've been hearing whispers about Ti West's horror film The House of the Devil for what seems like ages now. It's one the horror blogs have been chatting up; I honestly can't remember if it's from screenings where it got the raves or what the deal is though. But word on the film has been very positive, I think in a vague way I don't remember how I came to. Blah! Anyway! The film's new poster (via) kicks unholy ass:
House of the Devil is out on Video On Demand next month, which used to be a badge of shame but a lot of kick-ass horror films have been showing this way these past couple of years so I'm still excited all the same. Still. Excited. Still still excited.
