Yeah, I hadn't thought of him in ages either. When did that Jumper movie come out? Was that really only last year? Well he appears to have his hooks in his next project and this is one I'm looking forward to; via STYD:
Ugh, Thandie. The first time I posted about this film I made it clear that I cannot stand Thandie Newton - I really really cannot - and that will never change. Ugh. As for Hayden... well he was fine in Shattered Glass and Life as a House but hasn't really proven himself in anything since then from what I've seen. But Brad Anderson's a terrific director so I'll still keep my eyes on this one. At least I really like John Leguizamo! And Hayden is pretty.

"ShockTillYouDrop.com has learned Hayden Christensen (Star Wars, Jumper) is in talks to co-star in Vanishing on 7th Street, the latest picture from Brad Anderson, the director of Session 9 and The Machinist.
Christensen will join previously rumored cast members John Leguizamo and Thandie Newton. The three play survivors of a mysterious phenomenon in which, during a blackout most of the population disappears. Holed up in a tavern, they try to piece together what's happening before the "darkness" returns.
Shooting is expected to begin later this month in Spokane, Washington and New York."
