RIP Marilyn Chambers

.

RIP Marilyn. It's time for me to finally get around
to watching David Cronenberg's Rabid, isn't it?
I have no idea how I haven't seen that one yet.

Read a nice piece on her performance therein
over at Moon In The Gutter.

Please explain to me why this and Shivers aren't available on DVD?

Oh man, that is just too bad that she has passed. As you'll see when you check out Rabid, she does a great job of communicating sensuality and vulnerability...poor dear...so sad to hear she wound up living out her last days in a trailer park...hope she was at least happy...RIP, Marilyn.

This is so sad - words fail me.

Usually when I see this movie I get a laugh watching my old college buddy playing the son of the couple in the trailer that hits Marilyn Chambers and my old university drama teacher being attacked in a car. It won't be as much fun anymore. 57 is far too young an age to go and as Shaun already said, I hope she was happy.
