The World. (via)--- Prolific Ang - Glad to hear Ang Lee's already lining up his next project - it's an adaptation of the book Life of Pi, which I don't really know anything about besides being able to instantly picture the book's cover due to people reading it bunches on the subway. So much of my learning comes that way (no wonder so much of my learning is so thoroughly half-assed, no?)
--- Speaking of swoon, pretty-boy Kevin Zegers is set to star in the next flick from Hatchet director Adam Green; it's called Frozen and has to do with getting stuck in cold weather, natch.--- If you want to ruin Watchmen for yourself head over to AICN where they've rounded up all the clips that've made their way online this week. I hope the Life Of Pi film finally gets off the ground this time. It was supposed to be happening with Jean-Pierre Jeunet directing but I guess that fell apart.
And before Jean-Pierre Jeunet, wasn't M. Night Shyamalan attached? I think he quashed that dream with the crapfest Lady in the Water. But I seem to recall it being a big deal once upon a time because it was a script he didn't write.
Oh, and it's an awful book, Life of Pi. Just dreadful.
