I'm just sitting here watching this past weekend's episode of Saturday Night Live with Neil Patrick Harris as the host which I hadn't gotten around to watching yet and I see that Rosario Dawson is hosting next week's episode, which yay, love her, but suddenly my thoughts turn to the criticism SNL was getting in the Fall where some people thought they'd crossed the line at a couple of points with homophobic humor - Seth Meyers' "get over it" attitude towards Prop 8 comes to mind - and then separately how they didn't have any black females in the cast to play Michelle Obama and had to get long-departed Maya Rudolph to come on and play her and now suddenly the show's back from winter break and the line-up for hosting duties is a gay man and then a black woman and well I have to wonder... well? Really?

You gotta admit, NPH was the best host in ages...
I thought Rosario was latina, not black.
According to imdb:
"Is of Puerto Rican, Cuban, African American, Irish, and Native American descent."
