Via SciFi comes a bunch of images from Knowing, Alex Proyas' next movie, a thriller starring Nicolas Cage (sigh) and Rose Byrne. Including that plane crash above. Which yes is the sort of picture that grabs one's attention.
Poor confounding Alex Proyas. Every time he comes up I remember how dear Dark City is to me, and then I remember everything he's done since then and I feel bad inside my secret places. And this... starring Nicolas Cage... just it's terrifically hard to get amped up over anything with that man in it. I do love me some Rose Byrne though. Tarnation, it's confusing.

Remind me again via what movie/show/photo you love Rose Byrne. Is it just because of her proximity to Naked Brad in Troy? Is that all it takes?
Anyway, Bible Code: The Movie! Woo!
Loved her in The Dead Girl and in Sunshine but my love for her was solidified in 28 Weeks Later. There was just some point in the middle of that movie that I realized I just really love her face and feel this kinship to her on-screen. It's not one I can wholly explain, but I like her.
The fact that Brad Pitt's bare genitalia were pressed against her does make me want to at least have a long drunken conversation with her, though.
That's where I (used to, as of a month ago) live! Like, it's a ten minute drive out of town. Fancy.
