This is terrifically random, but I would like to wish the actress Susan Dey a very happy 56th birthday! Not being a Patridge Family devotee, and not having watched or really thought of L.A. Law since I was a kid (I had a huge crush on divorce lawyer and all-around scamp Arnie Becker back in the day - weird!), I don't have a lot of cause for casting my mind's eye upon Susan Dey. Yet last week she fucking haunted me. She was everywhere I looked! Her name floated out of the ether and would not let me go. So today I see it's her birthday and I feel the need to exorcise this Susan Dey demon that's attached itself to my back by acknowledging it and hoping it moves on. Happy birthday, Susan Dey! Now leave me the fuck alone please.
