This looks like a missing still from Requiem for a Dream. Less horrifying, sure, than the fates in store for Jennifer Connelly and Ellen Burstyn-- yet I'm sure the fat old guys with cameras have little good intent for the pretty corpse of Ryan Phillippe.

Those...uh..."documentaries"...make me very uncomfortable. And not in the sexy way the "documentaries" are supposed to. The whole thing ends up looking like a short film on Stranger Danger.
