"Warner Bros. to Open 'The Box' at a Later Date

Warner Bros. Pictures announced today that they've bumped back the release of Richard Kelly's The Box from its March date all the way until November 6, 2009.

Based on the short story by Richard Matheson, "The Box" stars Cameron Diaz as Norma Lewis and James Marsden as Arthur Lewis, a suburban couple with a young child who receive a simple wooden box as a gift, which bears fatal and irrevocable consequences."

They've been shifting this thing around forever now, and I thought it for real was gonna stay where it was this time. But no, it's flopped back to the Fall yet again. UGH. I give up. I'm going to go become an Amish person now.
