Pic of the Day

This is actually from March of this year, so I don't know if it made the rounds or not - it is new to me, however. Someone went and made a diorama of the creepiest hour of television ever created, the X-Files episode called "Home":

"I can tell you don't have no children. Maybe one day you'll learn... the pride... the love... when you know your boy will do anything for his mother."

There are more pics at the link with close-ups of the under-bed mama and Scully. Love it! I wish Chris Carter had made the entire sequel opening this weekend out of yarn people. That'd rock.

Speaking of the movie, Roger Ebert gave it 3.5 stars... counteracting all the negativity I've read so far. We shall see...

thanks for the link! I was starting to get depressed from all of those jackasses on rotten tomatoes... why do I do this to myself?? Anyways, I have my ticket- 12:01am tonight :) I am most excited for some sort of good scene that comes after the credits... funny child rape perhaps?

bri

disclaimer: I know rape, especially to a child, is wrong... it is a harmless inside joke between me and the blogger. Neither of us condone child rape... it's the worst.

That episode is jacked. I was never a faithful X-Filer, X-Filey, X-Filiac, but it seemed every time I tuned it, it was this episode which is funny because they always advertised it as the episode they couldn't show on TV. And yet, here it was.
