Quotes of the Day

.
I wasn't expecting to see more BSG news before tonight's episode that I could pay attention to - afraid of spoilers, I am! - but lo and behold via here (via) comes pants-wettingly happy news (what is it with me and biological functions today anyway?):

"According to well-informed sources, it’s almost certain that at least one “Battlestar Galactica” TV movie will be made this year.

Here’s even better news: Up to two hours may be added to “Battlestar’s” final run of episodes.

You heard that right: The last leg of the show’s final season could expand to 12 hours, instead of the originally planned 10 hours."

The noises coming out right now of me can only be heard by dogs and infants.

Also, they link to this article at AICN (the one I stopped reading midway thru yesterday for fear of spoilers) where President Roslin aka Mary McDonnell talks about her reaction to recently reading the script for the (now going to be three-hour!) series finale:

"It filled her with "an incredible feeling of adrenaline... It made me understand the entire saga, and made me excited for all of you."

Tease! Today can now not fly by quick enough. And then, post-tonight, it needs to be 2009 immediately. Sigh.
