Happy Birthday, Tony Ward

.

Tony Ward has starred in a couple of movies (most noticeably, I suppose, would be Bruce La Bruce's Hustler White... and Madonna's "Justify My Love" video, not to mention her Sex book), so I can get away with doing a post on Mr. Ward, right? He was a... presence... in my teenage years. Today's his 45th birthday (just like Johnny Depp's was yesterday! To compare those two is madness, though) and well... sometimes you just want something a little (a lot) sleazy, ya know? I'm feeling as if I have to offer excuses because the boyfriend's gonna groan upon me mentioning, much less indulging, this Terry Richardson-humping douche-bag. But what the hell, it's 9:30 in the morning and what better time is there for gratuity? Considering Mr. Ward's raison d'être has been borderline-to-crossing-that-border X-rated for most of his career however, this post will not be as gratuitous as it could be. MNPP isn't that kind of blog! We'll be keeping things around PG-13 or so... ahem. As you'll be able to tell below, I now prefer the modern-day, skeezier and oft bearded version of Mr. Ward to his cleaned up, Madonna hanger-on days seen at the top. What can I say... there's no accounting for hormones, man.

Remember when Tony Ward was on Project Runway? That was awesome.

I saw that listed on his IMDb page, but I don't watch PR. He was entertaining?

Mostly in the context that he was bad-boy designer Santino's best friend--ie he came completely out of nowhere--and was the father of a seemingly endless number of adorable little girls.
