One of my favorite character beats in P.T.Anderson's movie Magnolia is how Whiz Kid Donnie Smith (William H. Macy) always has the song "Dreams" by Gabrielle playing in his car. It's hilarious and soooooo character appropriate; it makes me laugh every time he starts up his car (which happens like five times in the movie). Genius.

My point is, Gabrielle is right! Know why? Cuz I'm attending a VIP double-feature of my own making tonight!


That's right! Screw the man! And of course I mean Harvey Weinstein by "the man". Screw 'em! If he's not going to release the movies I've been trying to see for years now, I am finally "taking matters into my own hands." So to speak. Tonight, a long long wait will end. I'm throwing on my 'jamas, curling up with some Crunch-n-Munch, and living the dream - they do come true! - tonight! Stay tuned!
