A very happy 34th birthday to Alyson Hannigan today.
Maybe she didn't show for the Buffy reunion, and she's one of the few of the Buffy cast to find success post-show, but it don't matter - she'll always be my Willow. Geeky and awkward, lesbian and evil, whatever flavor - she rules.

I could never get it straight when it came to the Buffy backstage resentments. I figured Aly and Smidge had a big falling out, but I never got a handle on where the rest of the cast stood.
