I ought to know well enough not to expect the following to mean Radiohead will have a new album out anytime soon, but still... this bit from Colin Greenwood - Radiohead's bassist - in an interview with Pitchfork made me hopeful for new material just a bit:"We’re actually gonna be working with Nigel [Goodrich, their producer] again soon - we’ve reserved time and we’ve got stuff we want to do. It’s like having and old-school executive producer that’s talking about the bigger picture and booking time to be creative... It would be really nice to be able to put out releases that wouldn’t be conditional upon an album format, and just put out music in different ways.”
Maybe we'll get singles released straight to the net like In Rainbows was...? I could use one tomorrow. And every day after. Until I die. Please?
