I saw the very first tv ad for Death Proof the other night. I nearly spontaneously burst at the excitement of it all.
Of course, I'd be more excited for Grindhouse and not just Death Proof (followed by Planet Terror on direct-to-dvd at some point). it's so odd because outside of the "grindhouse" thing that failed Planet Terror seems like the easier of the two films to market - hello, Rose McGowen with a machine gun for a leg! - and I... oh well. At least I'll know what all the fuss about Zoe Bell is all about next week (it's out Nov 1)
