Quote of the Day II

This is spoilery; if you haven't read Deathly Hallows yet, skip this!

JK Rowling answered fan's questions on a live web-chat today, and here's what she had to say on the fate of everybody's favorite weird witch Luna Lovegood, whom many of us psycho-fans were pissed off was left out of the epilogue (via Yahoo!):

"Luna Lovegood, Harry's airily distracted friend with a love for imaginary animals who joins the fight against Voldemort in the Order of the Phoenix, becomes a famous wizarding naturalist who eventually marries the grandson of Newt Scamander, author of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.""

At least she didn't marry Neville; I'd heard people theorizing as such and, simply, no, Neville plays for my team, if ya catch my drift. And yes, I am King of the Dorks.

You can read the entire transcript of her web-chat at this link.

I just could read J.K. Rowling interviews about the HP world for days and days and days. I was curious Ja, if you could ask her any three (thusfar unanswered) questions about the series, what would they be? For me, they would be as follows:

1. Why Rose and Hugo for the names of Hermione and Ron's children?

2. Did any of the Hogwarts students of Harry's day become Minister of Magic/Head of Hogwarts?

3. Whatever happened to the Dursleys?

Thanks for the link-I particularly loved that Ron got a chocolate frog card.
