Stepping On Lorelai's Grave

.

What do y'all think the just-announced demise of Gilmore Girls means for Veronica Mars' fate? I could've sworn I saw a quote a little while back saying that it'd probably be one or the other that'd be renewed, but not both (though I can't find that quote now)... so anyway, I'm taking GG's cancellation as very good news for VM's chances, although I am hesitant... somebody somewhere that knows anything or nothing tell me happy things in my ears now!

I will gladly watch as K. Bell steps over the rubble of Stars Hollow! Besides, they should have never done another season of GG without Amy Sherman-Pallidino!

I was never much of a GG-watcher - their banter made the boyfriend lose his mind - but it supposedly slid way down quality-wise this post-Palladino season, right?

What perked my ears up, in reading about this, that I didn't know was A S-P has a show with PARKER POSEY and Lauren Ambrose up for pick-up at FOX? Parker! MUST SEE TV.

Wasn't Gilmore Girls going to end this season either way? Didn't the creator or a major producer leave it a year ago, and it was going to end and they said it? This probably says nothing about Veronica Mars' fate, and although I don't watch anything on The CW, I hope just for the sake of the blogosphere it is reviewed. If it isn't, I don't hundreds of dreary bloggers in a deep and lasting depression. That would be mean. Wait -- uh... nevermind. :D

OMG! I hope that the quote you read is true. I hope that since GG is cancelled, Veronica Mars can come back. That would be fuckin awesome. Let's keep our hopes up and maybe somethin good will happen
