I was watching What's Eating Gilbert Grape over the weekend, and I know this is going to be completely inappropriate because of the nature of Leonardo DiCaprio's role, but I couldn't help but thinking of your "The Greatest Movie..." feature. Cuz WEGG is definitely "The Greatest Movie, in which Leonardo DiCaprio is sponge-bathed by Johnny Depp." Am I right or am I right? I think you should try and find a picture of that scene and post it here. :P

scott, you are indeed right.

stinky, I kinda love this movie too. It's a fun old fashioned z-grade monster movie. It doesn't aspire to greatness, just BOO, and it succeeds.

piper, j-lo had cred back here too. course i think this was the beginning of the end. I can't remember if Out of Sight was before or after this, but that is where any cred she had stems from, and it's all been eaten away.

Anaconda was a year before Out Of Sight, so J Lo was just building up to her cred.

These were back in the days when she only demanded 150 thread count sheets and only had an entourage of 60 people.
