I liked it a lot, too. I didn't have high hopes because most people had dismissed it, so I just caught it last week on DVD, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'd hesitate on the Eternal Sunshine comparisons though... ES is in a whole diff league at least for me, but they def. do have their similarities, and I did enjoy this one very much.
