The Bogeyman Is Nigh

.
All the spooky screenings seem to be gearing up in time for the big holiday - besides tomorrow's screening of Nosferatu (not to mention I desperately want to catch Nightmare Before Christmas while it's playing in theaters again) the original, and brilliant, Halloween will apparently be showing in "select theaters" on October 30th and 31st.

Man this is a tempting one; I've never seen it on the big screen, and Michael Myers still scares the bejesus out of me after all these years... the scene where Laurie Strode (Jaime Lee Curtis) is running back to her house and screaming for the kids to let her in while Myers slowly gets closer and closer... goosebumps right now just thinking about it. Ugh.
