Oh goodness. Now I'm really feeling behind. I didn't know SciFi was going to be putting up webisodes for Battlestar Galactica on their website, set between seasons 2 and the upcoming season 3. I still haven't finished the 2nd season! Because they haven't released the DVDs! Urgh. This gives me a stomach ache.
From AICN:
"Scifi.com today began making available a series of 10 four-minute “webisodes” collectively titled “Battlestar Galactica: Resistance.” A “Clone Wars”-y live-action interlude set exactly halfway between seasons two and three, the webisodes center on the exploits of Saul Tigh, Galen Tyrol, Cally and other characters played by actors who don’t get their names in the title credits.///
New webisodes will appear every Tuesday and Thursday until the real show’s third season launches on the SciFi Channel Oct. 6."

you know i love me some BG but this seems kinda foolish to me.
just like BtVS the last great TV series this show requires a lot of knowledge of what's happened before meaning that it's not easy to get new viewers. and this will make that even harder for newbies.
and here I am trying to recruit. argh.
