Deep sigh of relief.
The boyfriend and I just worked out another trip to Vieques, Puerto Rico, for this summer! I am so excited, and relieved - this summer was looking to be vacation-free, but now that I have the specter of white sands looming ahead I feel much better about the next couple of months.
The boyfriend's got friends who have a place down there, so the trip ends up being relatively cheap, which does my too-thin wallet a favor.
We went to Vieques last summer, too, which I blogged about here and here and here and here and here. Such a beautiful, peaceful island. I can't wait! We leave mid-June, and are gone for about a week.
