Has everyone seen this guy already? He started out with a red paperclip, and decided he would trade the paperclip for something, then trade that something for something bigger, up and up until had something to trade for a house.
So first he traded the paperclip for a fish pen, the fish pen for a doorknob... so forth... until his most recent trade where he traded a recording contract for a year-long rental of an apartment in Phoenix.
I'd say he's getting pretty damned close.
Also, I hate him for thinking this up instead of me.
