Why is he EATING her face? And she looks so disturbingly happy. I mean, I'd be happy if I got to smack Ryan's perfect ass once in awhile, too but... HE IS EATING HER FACE. I completely expect the next picture in this series to be her white coat saturated with gore and they are licking blood off each other's fingers while grinning maniacally.
