A couple stories over at AICN caught my interest this morning.
First, there's talk of a movie being made about Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, which I, being a geek, find thrilling. I was always fascinated by the little Ripley's books with their sketches of tiny people and cannibals and savage natives who shrink heads.... all of which, filtered through my adult brain, now sounds terribly racist, but still, with Tim Burton doing it I think it could be good old fashioned adventurous fun.
And then there's talk of a fifth Romero zombie movie, which just needs to happen, because as long as George Romero wants to make zombie flicks, George Romero should be allowed to make zombie flicks. The last film, Land of the Dead, was hit or miss, though terribly enjoyable even when the "message" got a little muddled or heavy-handed. Brains! More brains for George!
Oh, and Lucky McKee, the man who directed May, which was flawed but seriously good for a first film, is going to remake Fiend Without A Face, with evil bodiless brain alien attackers. Awesome.

That is all.Oh, and Lucky McKee, the man who directed May, which was flawed but seriously good for a first film, is going to remake Fiend Without A Face, with evil bodiless brain alien attackers. Awesome.
