Okay, this is just weird. Apparently, David Cronenberg is turning his film Dead Ringers, which was about a pair of twin brothers who are gynecologists and, er, like to handle deformed female... parts... uh, well, ol' DC's turning it into a TV series for HBO.
Right....
I mean, the fact that he's directing it has me excited since anything he directs has me excited but... this is just kinda "Huh?" But at least it's not for, say, FOX, I trust he can bring his very specific vision to HBO at least.
Could be a sort of hyper-Nip/Tuck, maybe. With mutant vaginas.
