Morning. Yesterday didn't happen, okay? Okay??? I was a complete wreck, practically in a k-hole at my desk, with the Worst Hangover Ever. I couldn't even sit up straight, and actually had to make repeated trips to the bathroom to... er... expel my insides. Good times. That's what happens when you throw me at a party with smiling beefcake models walking around with trays of shots. Grief.
The party Wednesday evening was fun, what I remember of it. I might've made an ass out of myself towards the end, but what you can't remember can't hurt you - words to live by.
A co-worker's wife called up yesterday to speak with her husband and started making these jokes to me about a conversation we supposedly had at the party, and I had no freaking idea what she was talking about. Apparently I decided her name was Coco and was calling her that. I don't remember a single second of that conversation. Oh well.
No real celebs showed up to the party (that I saw, at least), but Fabian Basabe and Michael Musto were both there. For the very little that was worth. Fabian is every inch the tool I expected him to be, and his "wife" seemed to be channeling Elizabeth Taylor in Woolf territory.

Anyway, I went to bed around 9 last night and feel a thousand times better today. Thankfully - another day like yesterday would've probably killed me. Hmm. Sometimes I think I ought to learn to control my drinking. Nah!
So... in other news, I have a new computer! I finally got upgraded here at work to a Mac. Now I don't have to erase every single thing off my history every ten minutes to keep it from crashing! I have memory! Fancy! And man... downloading a CD takes like 5 minutes! Love it! I found a link to the new Cardigans CD (which hasn't been released here, only in Europe... WTF?) and threw it on my iPod today. Yay! I didn't think my iPod would work - since it'd been formatted for a PC, I thought it would erase itself when I hooked it up to a Mac, but it didn't, and now what I'd been planning to do today - restock my iPod - doesn't look like it needs to be done after all, and I don't know what to do now. Hence... this rambling. I'm finding my bearings. Goodness.
