Well, I'm back at work, I spent all weekend watching CNN and MSNBC, and I am even more furious than ever.
Here's our esteemed ex-First Lady Babs Bush sharing some wisdom:
"In a segment at the top of the show on the surge of evacuees to the Texas city, Barbara Bush said: "Almost everyone I’ve talked to wants to move to Houston."
Then she added: "What I’m hearing is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed with the hospitality.
"And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway so this (she chuckled)--this is working very well for them."
Oh, she's a real charmer. Ha ha , Babs, so true, they were poor anyway, no big whoop! Now they have cots on the floor of a stadium, they're really living the high life now!!!

Hello dear. I share your outrage and rage as well. But at the very least, America seems to FINALLY recognize the incompetence and prick-ish nature of the Bush administration...well, at least a few do. The NY Times reported in a preliminary poll that an astounding 46% of America approved of how Bush responded to Katrina. Fucking peasants. I loathe Middle America.
As for Bab's statement, I can't say I'm surprised. What do you expect from a wall of a woman with a penis who spawned a drooling, idiot devil-baby?
Yes, Texas has been helpful in providing aid for the NOLA refugees, but GOOD LORD. What the hell are they going to do with them for the long-term? The Texas budget for social/public services is all of TEN DOLLARS per annum. BAH!!!!

They are poor because they refuse to get off welfare and get off their lazy democrat tax-sucking asses and WORK for a living like the rest of us!
Who gives a rats ass what the "Texas budget for social/public services" is! Maybe these people will see that they need to work for a living, and I bet the kind folks in TX will actually help them more than the government will! Hurray!
