Brownie Relieved

So the AP's saying that the head of FEMA, Michael Brown, is being "relieved of his duties", whatever that means. It does not mean, White House press sec. McLellan has pointed out, that he's been asked to resign.

Because God forbid anyone within the Bush regime be held responsible. It's more important that this utter failure of an official be kept safe and commended on what an astonishing job he's done!

You know, if "astonishing" means "murderous" and "indictable."

But if anyone does take the fall, it'll be Brown, especially with the news today from Time that his resume is a bunch of lies. What's this, a Bush Administration person that's unqualified for their job? Unheard of! The shock and awe!
