Oh dear. Well, I knew it was coming, a variation on this image already having been used for the film's latest poster, but my fears are coming true regarding Heather "Dawn Weiner" Matarazzo's fate in Hostel: Part II... things are not looking good for her. From IESB:

Also, only one person survived the original. The good looking American man. Remember the Asian chick jumped in front of a train. That was so much fun.
I should've been more specific - when I said "a couple people escaped their gruesome fates" I meant escaped the being tortured part; I remember that the Japanese girl threw herself in front of the train.

Well, she had half her face attacked with a blowtorch and had to have her eye cut off with scissors because itwas hanging, quite literally, by a thread.
...but, yes. Nevermind. I think this and the Saw franchise exist purely to make me angry.
