Jason, what is happening with your banner photo? "This image is not currently available - Photobucket" placeholder is all I've been seeing since yesterday.
Anon - I get that at home when I'm on VPN; I turn off the VPN and it stops. Same here at my office where I don't use VPN -- no issue. Are you on a VPN?
I really don't know what to do about it tbh. If anybody has advice please share! I'm assuming Photobucket has decided they don't want to be routed through a VPN now. I'm well past sick of using Photobucket but haven't had the energy to figure out an alternative.
Well, that's dumb. The placeholder still comes up when I pause my VPN. I guess they really want us to completely disable it. Which I ain't gonna do. Ugh.
THE DEAD - I can not wait for the Criterion release. One of the few perfect movies!

DeleteAgree and I'm sorry -- I'm gonna work on figuring out a Photobucket replacement
ReplyDeleteGive CloudFlare a look. The banner resolves for me and I'm a CloudFlare VPN user.
DeleteHow about Flickr, SmugMug, Imgur or Google Photos?
DeleteWhatever you did -- the banner's loading again. Hurray!
Deleteooooh - nevermind me. I misread that as VPN replacement.
