Kieran Culkin Four Times

A gift to those of you who give a flying fuck about Succession (amongst which I proudly do not count myself) -- four photos of Kieran Culkin looking pretty adorable in Interview Magazine. Read his chat here, mostly about that show I assume -- I'm not reading that shit. That said -- that said! My boyfriend is in the process of catching up on the show as he'd fallen behind a few episodes -- he watches it, but he is (thankfully) a little bit ambivalent about it -- so I ended up watching maybe fifteen minutes of a recent episode and I have to admit I laughed a couple of times. I do so begrudgingly, but I am an honest person. (Sidenote: all of my laughs came via Matthew MacFadyen or Nicholas Braun. I still have absolutely no idea what people are giving Jeremy Strong awards for -- the praise for him boggles my mind.) Anyway y'all enjoy your little show -- I wouldn't be so snide about it if it wasn't so in my face all the time, but thankfully that's almost over. Our national nightmare is coming to an end! Hit the jump for a couple more photos of Kieran...

  1. Love this guy, can't believe Roman made me cry last night.
Also, don't know why you aren't watching this?

Yes, most of the laughs come from Mr. Darcy abusing Greg. Probably the reason I made it through two seasons and a bit of the third...well, that and the luxury porn. It definitely became repetitive, though.

Your reticence to watch Succession is… bizarre

  4. It's not "reticence" Anon -- I have tried several times (as I said my bf watches it) and I have on every occasion been unable to find what people like about it. That's why I brought it up this time -- I actually laughed for once. Every show can't be for every person, but the Cult of Succession is real weird and judgey, which is why I always like to poke the hornet's nest every time the show comes up haha. And it always works ;)

  5. A-level writing, with Grey's Anatomy level acting that can't sell it. Except for Brian Cox. He is great.
