I feel like every Spring I see headlines telling me designers are saying "Short Shorts for men are back!" but I have to say I did indeed notice a lot of them on dudes last Summer (so many beautiful gams on the subway) and I'm hoping the coming warm months will prove the prognosticators correct. Bring on the gams!
