Saw it last night. It's fantastic.
She's great. The movie is very good - should maybe be a little better, especially in the 2nd half - but it's very affecting.
The book, which I read a few years ago, was one of the best I've read in recent years:fascinating in its perspective from a five-year-old's perception, suspenseful, and very moving. It sounds like it has gotten the cinematic treatment it deserved.
