In truth I just wanted to post the above photo of Connor Storrie, but there is actual news of note -- specifically the show's ace soundtrack is getting a physical media release! On both vinyl and CD (this whole CD renaissance thing is so weird to me)...
... and you can pre-order it this Thursday. Well at 12:01am, so, you know, very early Thursday slash late Wednesday night. All the info is at this link. The album will inclue lots of the show's killer needle-drops (that Wolf Parade banger we all had caught in our heads!) as well as the score. DeleteI will join you! Now that the fever has died down a bit and it’s easier to avoid the unhinged takes, I hope we can go back to appreciating what a lovely, well-made show this was. And it stars gorgeous guys that I suspect will have long, interesting careers and project choices.

DeleteHeated Rivalry is certainly goundbreaking and historically significant. And talk about just amazing timing. I see you now have Willem Dafoe in the banner. I watched To Live and Die In LA yesterday, he is so very beautiful (and young) in that film. I also forgot how hot William Petersen was, WoW, that man could wear jeans!
ReplyDeletePeterson's ass in that movie really got to me, so much so that I watched a movie he's in called "Kiss the Sky" where he has a threeway with Laura Palmer and the boss from 'Office Space.' That aside, it was some of the most highfalutin' trash I've ever seen; I almost want to recommend it but I couldn't do that to anyone.
