(click to embiggen) While I don't want to jinx this Theo James Speedo Experience we've been enjoying for several weeks now -- see the bulk of it here -- by saying this is the last photo we'll get, it does feel as if this photo is the summation of their efforts and they saved the best for last. Last-ish. Okay Theo could start pulling the speedo down, it's true, but we won't hold our breath. (Unless we have something blocking our windpipe...) Okay! On that utterly filthy note -- I'm only popping in for a second this here Friday because that photo demanded it. Last week was a holiday weekend so maybe it wasn't totally transparent (imagine if that speedo was totally transparent... okay I'm distracted again) -- I'm now on my annual Summer Friday schedule so there won't be any (more) posting today or any other Friday between now and Labor Day. I do have a Pajiba review going up this weekend but other than that -- sayonara til Monday y'all. Savor thee speedo...

Nicholas Alexander Chavez Six Times
If the former faux Menendez brothers Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Cooper Koch want to out-slut each other in rival photoshoots it's certainly fine by me -- we all win in a battle to the dick-print. NAC here is doing his part via Cosmopolitan magazine before the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot he's a part of hits theaters on July 18th. Here's that movie's trailer, which I have not watched. Is he the hot jock-boy Ryan Phillippe replacement? Will he have a locker-room scene of his own to turn an entire generation gay? Fingers crossed. For now hit the jump for this steamy little photoshoot...
Pics of the Day
Here are a pair of pleasant set photos of Michael B. Jordan and his big beautiful torso smeared with blood on the Sinners set for your enjoyment -- even though this movie's still making oodles of money in theaters it's hitting VOD next week on June 3rd, and then it drops on blu-ray etc. on July 8th. (If you haven't yet pre-order that right here.) I was hoping to see it again on IMAX but my schedule has not been participating and with Tribeca starting next week looks like that's another dead dream, oh well! Maybe they'll re-release it in autumn for awards attention; fingers crossed. (click to embiggen)

The Loveless (1981)
Vance: I'm a regular Joe. I've got an itchbetween my legs and an afternoon for a heart.
What a line. I gotta use that one. There is a small collection of Kathryn Bigelow movies on the Criterion Channel right now and although I haven't done so yet I just keep wanting to re-watch her first film the homoerotic biker flick The Loveless every single night when I get home this week. And why wouldn't I? A classic. Any fans?
Jai Courtney Six Times
With Dangerous Animals out next week and with me having now seen it (as foretold last evening when I posted some other photos of Jai Courtney looking extremely fuckable in a suit at a screening) I think y'all should expect several Jai Courtney posts to pop up in that time, if the world delivers me the content I crave to post anyway. Today these photos came from Jai himself (via), styled for the film's L.A. screening I do believe. Anyway point being...
... that the haircut Jai got in between the photos that I posted yesterday and these photos that I am posting right now is extremely hot, and this man continues to make me think alarmingly yet deliciously degrading thoughts. Ahem. Hit the jump for the rest...
Good Morning, World
Yes this selfie that Bad Bunny shared is a week old, but there are only so many Good Morning"s in a week y'all. And who doesn't want to click on this link to his big CK campagin photos any ol' day of any ol' week? Good thirst-day!

Insert Jaws Theme Here
Finally! I'm now finally off to see Dangerous Animals, the "Jai Courtney murders people with sharks while dancing in his underwear" movie directed by The Loved Ones director Sean Byrne that I've been dying to see since I first learned that it was going to be a thing. I was supposed to see it last week but the screening cruelly got canceled, all whilst other people who aren't me and therefore don't matter got to see the movie before me, in other places -- the nerve. Anyway yes, I'm off, but here to keep you company are two photos that Jai himself shared (via) from his recent screening of the movie in Cannes France, where a bunch of those people I just said don't matter did the most annoying thing possible and saw the movie before me. Buncha fuck faces! Somebody should sic a shark on their asses...
Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory of the Coming...
... of a ten movie 4K box-set of Wes Anderson movies! Have you ever seen anything so perfect? It's knocked the wind right out of my adjectives -- all I can exclaim is "Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!" The set drops on September 30th and you can already pre-order it at Criterion right here right now. It includes his movies (deep breath) Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenebaums, The Life Aquatic, The Darjeeling Limited, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Moonrise Kingdom, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Isle of Dogs and The French Dispatch -- correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe the latter two are the only ones that Criterion hasn't previously released in some form, although several of these have only been on blu-ray so the 4K is an upgrade. Checking Criterion's site right now tells me...
... they're also releasing the two previously-unreleased films outside of the set in September, as standalone discs, just in case you already have all of the others and you don't want to double-dip with a four hundred dollar box-set. You can get Isle of Dogs right here and you can get The French Dispatch right here. But back to that box-set because holy fucking hell is it beautiful! Hit the jump and I'll share the massive collection of special features...

Which is Hotter?
Actor and MNPP fave Austin Nichols recently became a feature film director with a movie called The Salamander King that premiered at the Dallas Film Fest last month, and which stars actor and MNPP fave Justin Chatwin! Not sure where the movie will be seen next -- I'll certainly keep my eyes peeled -- but for the time being the two MNPP faves were caught hanging out together on a boat this past holiday weekend (click the photo to embiggen it) and natch we gotta present you with our poll...

Where There's Smoke There's Taron
There's a series hitting Apple at the end of June called Smoke that stars Taron Egerton as a former fireman turned arson investigator who's on the trail of a (cue The Prodigy song playing in your head) fire-stahtah -- you can watch the trailer here. It looks very Backdraft to me -- hopefully we get Taron in a shower scene like Billy Baldwin's legendary one in that movie then. (It is from the same folks who made Black Bird and that movie wasn't shy about showing off Taron so fingers crossed!) The series is premiering at Tribeca in a couple of weeks so maybe I'll see some of it there and have something to say. The most important thing (aside from the shower scene possibility obviously) is that Thom Yorke of my favorite band Radiohead has just dropped a new song that's for the show's soundtrack! Here it is:
Good Morning, World
My love for Jonathan Groff transcends my loathing of musical theater so here as our Hump Morning pick-us-up is the one and only performing "Splish Splash" from his Bobby Darin themed show that's on Broadway right now -- you'd have to knock me unconscious to make me go see this in person but Jonathan's still adorable.

Filthy Book F*ckers
I do believe I mentioned this back when they first got announced, but today is the release date for the first three books in John Waters' screenplay series -- I'm not sure how many of these he plans on doing but I do know they're planning on more than just these three. What three, you ask? Well let me tell you, I respond. First up there's a book of the screenplay for Desperate Living -- buy it here. Then there's one for his movie Pink Flamingos, of course -- buy it here. And then, most enticingly, there's a book of the screenplay for Pink Flamingos' never-made sequel called Flamingos Forever! Buy that one here. The continuing adventures of Babs Johnson! Just imagine! That is so fucking beautiful I can hardly stand it. (Okay okay that quote is from Female Trouble -- obviously that's the screenplay book I'm the hardest for.)
In truth these have already been released before in a single volume called Trash Trio -- that's out of print but you can get used copies for a good price still. That said I don't think he's doing a totally ratched money-grab here (although even if it's that that's fine, it's John fucking Waters!) because there will be more to this series, so I get wanting to release them in similar sized new printings so the eventual set will go together. Or it's just to keep him in Comme des Garçons -- rob me blind, John!
Colin Farrell's Short Shorts Return!
While it's tempting to insert the "It's been 84 years..." meme from Titanic here, it's actually been 1056 days (yes I did the math) since the last time Colin Farrell was photographed wearing short shorts. That's far far too long, Colin! But this is a good sign. Hopefully 2025 will end up being another summer like 2021 was -- man those were the days. If you'd like to re-live them scroll through this link.
Two Super Dudes For The Price Of One
I was not at all prepared for the new Wonderland magazine cover photoshoot of our new Superman and his Lex Luthor aka David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult sharing space, knees touching, looking all of this hot at all of this once...
... don't you feel it? It's a lot, man! It's a good thing I only have a three day work-week this week because I am going to need a lot of time to myself now. I haven't read the conversation between the two beauties that accompanies the photos yet because my ability to read's been impacted. I'll get to it. For now hit the jump for the superheroic photos...
Everything You Ever Need To Know About Life...
... you can learn from:
The Three Musketeers (1973)
Athos: You will find, young man, that the futurelooks rosiest through the bottom of a glass.
Today Criterion has released a 4K double-feature of Richard Lesters' two 1970s Musketeers movies which starred Michael York, Oliver Reed, Frank Finlay, Richard Chamberlain, Raquel Welch, Faye Dunaway, Geraldine Chaplin, and Charlton Heston -- these swashbucklers are great fun and I highly recommend them both. With a cast like that how could I not? The movies were supposed to be a single film but they became so over-tuffed that Lester had to split them into two -- ahead of its time that! They're the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One of their day! (In that the sequels in both cases don't just call themselves "Part 2" and be simple about it but instead go with The Final Reckoning and The Four Muskeeters respectively.)
Boyfriend just called Michael York (in Three Musketeers specifically) "Teen Beat Gollum" and I don't know about you but that's a thing I don't believe I will ever un-think pic.twitter.com/JJk0gHGMZZ

Karl Glusman is Obsessed With Us
Now that's how you make a movie poster -- wham bam shirtless Karl Glusman thank you ma'am. Anyway it took me a minute to find my old post on this movie because it's changed its title -- when it was announced in October of 2023 it was called The Bird and the Bee and I think we can all agree that Pretty Thing is a far far far better name so good work! Pretty Thing is a throwback erotic thriller about an older woman (Alicia Silverstone) having a fling with a younger man who becomes obsessed -- so basically a gender-flipped The Crush, which of course once starred one Silverstone. I would love for that very 80s / 90s genre to have a comeback so I'm hoping this is good -- at the very least it's from King Cobra director and homosexual Justin Kelly so I think Karl will be properly ogled. (The early pictures from the movie, which I shared in that 2023 post, are all of Karl's ripped physique. Kindred spirits!) Anyway Indiewire (who dropped the poster) also shared the info that the movie's getting the "select theaters and same day VOD" treatment come July 4th -- may Karl find independence from his underpants! -- so we've only got a few weeks til we know!
Why Don't You Take a Picture
I've been pushing my review of the Paul Reubens documentary Pee-wee as Himself pretty relentlessly all weekend -- I even posted about it on Instagram, with a little bonus bit you might not want to miss -- but now the time has come to push it here at MNPP. Go read it right here. I'm pretty proud of this one -- I can't overstate the importance of Paul and Pee-wee to being a big part of the brickwork that built up this weirdo standing before you today, and the doc does extremely right by him. Them? Him. If you haven't watched it yet, do! It's on HBO Max (if that's still what it's being called) now.
Good Tuesday, World
Hello to one and all, but to one specific one -- Alexander Skarsgard of course, who did his little program Murderbot a galaxy of good over the holiday weekend by dropping a behind-th- scenes video of the luckiest costumer in the world getting to help Alex squeeze into his lyrca bodysuit. Good work if you can get it! I haven't had a chance to watch any of Murderbot yet but I think I will give it a shot when I do -- have you? Thoughts, feelings? Well maybe looking at the gifs I made from the video and the video itself after the jump will give you at the very least some feelings...

These Three Kings
What the world needs now is love, sweet love, especially when "love" means "Pedro Pascal grinding up against Chris Evans' backside." And it does mean that this time! And if that's possible, anything is. Listen -- it's been a dark day in the real world, and even besides that I've been busy with off-blog stuff so I haven't been here to remedy some of that in my own horny miniscule way. and now I am abandoning you all until Tuesday. Tuesday! It's a holiday yo, and I also am human and need to boot down for a bit. So I leave you with that beautiful image of bisexual throuplery (a promo for their upcoming movie Materialists from Past Lives director Celine Song; I'll share the trailer below) in hopes it'll gift you with some slight reprieve and maybe a smile. Try to stay sane for a few more days. You can do it. Peace and love and hot men grinding on each other to one and all...
