That right there would be director Jason Reitman talking with The Savages director Tamara Jenkins at the Tribeca Film Festival last night after the New York premiere of Reitman's latest Tully, starring Charlize Theron and Mackenzie Davis. Normally I would Instagram such a thing but I forgot last night after a very very long day of movie-going, so y'all get it instead. Reitman & Jenkins are clearly old friends and their chat was loose in the way of old friends - the most interesting stuff was when Reitman got talking about Diablo Cody - calling her a "pure writer" - and Charlize, who he described at length as very funny, as if we had any doubt.
