5 Off My Head: Sex Me Ups

Francois Ozon's sexy thriller Double Lover starring Jérémie Renier & Marine Vacth is finally hitting screens in the US this Friday (I'll review it later this week but let it be known... it is both sexy and a thriller) - here's the trailer if you missed it. Also happening this week - The Quad here in NYC is in the middle of a screening series they're calling "Crimes of Passion: The Erotic Thriller" starring a buncha horned-up femme fatales doing bad things to dumb dudes; I got to see Paul Verhoeven's wondrously overblown The Fourth Man projected big yesterday, which was a big treat for me.

Point being I have sex on the brain! (Which is so different from the usual, I know.) I gotta get it out! What's the quickest way to get such thoughts out? Using your hands, I mean. You type a list, of course. So here, off the top of my head, are the first Five Sexiest Shots of the 2010s (So Far) that popped into my head.

A couple of rules I made for myself to narrow this down: this list does NOT include Sex Scenes - just shots that transcended Sex for me to represent the more elusive Sexy. And I didn't do anything for the past 12 months (hence the lack of Call Me By Your Name... but I still got some Guadagnino in here anyway) - I wanted to pick shots that have lingered for awhile, keeping the flame alive...
