Yes, NYFF is still going on this week - I hope some of you have gotten to go see some of the movies I've been talking about! Speaking of -- this one's a little delayed (I posted several other pictures from the film's press conference a week ago) but my review of Kelly Reichardt's new film Certain Women has just gone up at The Film Experience so go read that. The film is terrific, but then it stars Laura Dern and Michelle Williams and Kristen Stewart (plus relative newcomer Lily Gladstone) so even if we were just staring at these women's faces, which we often are, greatness was guaranteed.
