Wow! I saw those frames and said to myself "well that's a movie I've never seen" and it turns out it's Election. And I love Election.
Ahh, I love that movie! And yet didn't recognize it at all from the frames provided. But of course, the creepy/unfortunate friend sending the note, and him sitting in the car with the bee sting... poor Matthew Broderick.
